It is light golden yellow in color. The scent is delicate and balanced, with obvious hints of pineapple enriched by hints of honey and cinnamon. The taste is fresh and creamy, with a long finish on notes of almond and apple.

Excellent smooth or diluted with a few drops of water. To try with scallops and chorizo, cold cuts typical of the Iberian Peninsula.
