Rum Don Papa is a limited edition rum produced from molasses from the best sugar cane from the Philippine island of Negros, which remains to age for more than 7 years in American oak barrels, at the foot of Mount Kanlaon. This rum takes its name from Papa Islo, a great revolutionary hero in the Philippine liberation war from Spanish domination.

Slightly amber in color, Rum Don Papa opens on the nose with delicate fruit aromas, which are accompanied by elegant notes of vanilla, honey and candied fruit. On the palate it is soft and delicate, extraordinarily round.

Ideal to be served straight or with ice, this rum is perfect as an ingredient in refined cocktails and long drinks.
