Bombay Sapphire is a premium English gin of the highest quality, obtained through a unique distillation process: the technicians distil the grain alcohol separately for three overall distillation cycles. Therefore, only the vapors of this distillation will be enriched with the penetrating scents of the ten “botanicals” located in special perforated cells in secret quantities.
Thanks to this particular distillation process, an adamantine-colored gin with a marked aroma of juniper is obtained. The flavor is soft and harmonious, embroidered with hints of licorice and angelica.

On the nose Bombay Sapphire releases clear notes of juniper, combined with floral and vegetable scents. On the palate it is round and enveloping, very persistent. The aroma of juniper and citrus is present as much as that of pepper and spices, balanced by delicate sweet notes, while remaining dry and very suitable for mixing.
