Gin Mare is produced in the Vilanova I La Geltru distillery, an ancient fishing village located between the Costa Brava and the Costa Dorada, through a discontinuous distillation process with a 250-liter Florentine still, created specifically for this process. Gin Mare is a Mediterranean gin flavored with five main botanicals that recall the Mediterranean culture: basil from Italy, thyme from Turkey, rosemary from Greece, citrus from Spain and the Arbequina olive, a typical cultivar of Catalonia.

Distilled in Spain by the Giro family, in the third generation, this very particular Gin is inspired by the Mediterranean sea and is characterized by five main botanicals: Italian basil, Greek thyme, Turkish rosemary, Spanish citrus and olives from Catalonia. The intent is precisely to reproduce the authentic local Mediterranean taste and, to do this, the distillation process takes place in a 250-liter discontinuous copper still, created specifically for this type of processing. A new, different and totally natural Gin, which will bring you back to the sea and to the most beautiful memories, sip after sip.

Transparent and limpid, it opens the nose to vegetal aromas of moss, tomato leaves and resins, pine needles and Mediterranean scrub, with hints of rosemary and baked black olives, together with orange peel. The taste is an explosion of juniper and coriander, to then turn into the bitter vegetable of aromatic herbs, with clear references to rosemary and basil, rightly balanced by the citrus freshness, in a long finish that refers to cardamom and olives see.
