"Declining the Grillo in all its forms, exploiting the extreme versatility of the vine and playing with the production areas where the vineyards arise to best express their characteristics." From this idea, the new wine of the Fazio winery was born, the "Grilli di Mare", the sparkling wine produced with 100% Grillo grapes.

PRODUCTION AREA: produced in the wine-growing estates of the Erice DOC area in western Sicily
GRAPES: Grillo 100%
VINEYARD ALTITUDE: 400/450 meters above sea level
PLANT DENSITY: 4,000 vines / ha
PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE: early harvest in boxes. Destemming, cold maceration of the skins with the must (4 ° C). Soft pressing of the berries and very slow fermentation, at low temperature 12-14 ° C at controlled pressure. Cold bottled.
TYPE OF WINE: Sparkling White.
COLOR: bright, straw yellow with light greenish reflections, lively.
BOUQUET: intense, elegant, with hints of white flowers and exotic fruit.
TASTE: fresh delicate, with good persistence, full and harmonious.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11.5% Vol.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6 ° C
PAIRING: ideal as an aperitif, it goes very well with seafood appetizers, first courses, fish and white meats, crustaceans and seafood.
