The production of this gin is done as usual with a dry gin, it is distilled with all botanicals.
The resulting juniper brandy is then refined with green walnuts. Gin gets its name from a special addition during distillation, the volcanic stone. The addition is intended to avoid the formation of steam and foam in the distillation apparatus.
