After the fifth distillation, the liquid rests for at least three weeks before bottling, to allow the vegetable ingredients to blend perfectly.

The production of Fifty Pounds London Dry Gin takes place according to the oldest method, for small batches, and each bottle shows the batch number and the year of distillation.
