Gin del Professor A La Madame is a rich and fragrant version that comes from a skilful blend of spices and herbs produced by Jerry Thomas. Juniper notes are very delicate while the aromatic profile is extremely spicy, with hints of cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, pepper, honey and ripe peaches. The intense sweet note is perfectly balanced by a citrus scent given by the fresh orange and lemon peels with a slight balsamic note on the finish.

The production is characterized by the exclusive use of Italian wild juniper from Tuscany and Umbria, which is macerated together with various herbs, spices and citrus peels, as well as a secret ingredient. The Professor's Gin follows the Bathtub production method, in Italian for "bathtub", which involves macerating alcohol and various botanicals in a tub. In this way the alcohol absorbs the different flavors and takes their color. The juniper elixir is gently filtered after a long cold infusion in order not to lose its aromatic charge.
