Grappa obtained from two varieties of Trentino white grape pomace, Chardonnay and Müller Thurgau. The distillation takes place slowly with the bain-marie method in a discontinuous steam still, this preserves all the aromatic substances of the vines, guaranteeing the best results in terms of aromas and perfumes. Chardonnay is a grape variety grown in the suitable areas of Vallagarina (lower Trentino) at altitudes between 200 and 500 meters above sea level. Müller Thurgau is grown on the Brentonico plateau, in some high-hill areas of Vallagarina and in Val di Cembra. With the skilful union of these two varieties we obtain "Delicata", Grappa with a typically herbaceous scent, with a soft, fresh and particularly elegant structure.
