Grappa obtained from two varieties of Trentino white grape pomace, Gewürztraminer and Moscato. The distillation takes place slowly with the bain-marie method in a discontinuous steam still, this preserves all the aromatic substances of the vines, guaranteeing the best results in terms of aromas and perfumes.

Moscato is a grape variety grown in the sunny soils of Vallagarina, mainly in the municipalities of Calliano and Besenello.

Gewürztraminer, a native Trentino-Alto Adige grape is grown in this region between 300 and 500 meters above sea level. By wisely combining these two varieties we obtain “Aromatica”, Grappa with an intensely aromatic, floral scent, with citrus notes, with a harmonious and velvety structure.
