A pleasant, fruity and Mediterranean wine from the Calatafimi terroir, in the Trapani area. It exudes aromas of aromatic herbs, yellow fruit, flowers and candied citrus. The sip is dynamic, fresh, soft and mineral. The Catarratto white wine reveals itself to the eye with a straw yellow color, intense and compact. We could define the nose as "Mediterranean", with important notes of aromatic herbs, which are also enriched by the presence of more fruity sensations. On the palate it is light-bodied, tasty, with a sip characterized by a nice dynamism and a pleasant freshness. A label with which the Cusumano winery, a large production company in the area, continues its path aimed at enhancing the Sicilian indigenous grape varieties.
