Description: The enhancement of native vines also through the rediscovery of ancient biotypes, the experimentation in the vineyard in the selection of clones and the extreme care to identify the most suitable soil, have always been the salient elements of our work as winemakers. "L’Inzolia Rosa" is an example. An ancient Calabrese biotype that has always been cultivated on these hills that becomes the heart of our rosé wines and sparkling wines.

Sensory notes: Captivating color, intense pink with garnet reflections reminiscent of the pomegranate fruit. On the nose the notes of gooseberry and currant are evident with a citrus finish that brings back to pink grapefruit. In the mouth it is balanced, fresh, savory and at the same time silky. On the finish emerge fruity notes attributable to raspberry

The most interesting aspect of the Milazzo family's way of "making wine" is the tireless work in the vineyard. The natural improvement of the vines is the result of a journey of over fifty years that continues today. The search for the perfect combination between selection of clones and biotypes, the choice of land according to the characteristics of the microclimate in each district of the estate.

The use of the machines is relegated only to the use of tractors for the management of the soil between the rows, while in the row the weeds are eradicated with manual hoeing. In cultivation, organic fertilizers are used exclusively to guarantee the genuineness of the product and protect the aquifers from possible alterations.

We carry out a selected harvest that takes place exclusively with the use of boxes of about 14 kg which are carefully washed each time they are used. The grapes harvested in the individual boxes are immediately transferred to the cellar. The same boxes are then stored in special cold rooms at a controlled temperature.
