Refinement in barriques, during which the alcohol content is progressively reduced until the desired one is obtained, is followed by the final assembly where a careful selection of each individual barrique is made, since each brings its own aromatic note to the final taste.

Finally, a process follows in which the grappas are transferred to a barrel where an alliance of aromas is created between the different crus. Patient refinement is entrusted to time, in the cellars dug into the tuff, with the sole objective of exclusively producing great spirits.

The distilled pomace is selected on the basis of the uniqueness of the Cru area of ​​production and offers a very specific aromatic range that gives Bocchino distillates a specific personality from an organoleptic and qualitative point of view. For a long time, the Bocchino family has been committed to the selection and distillation of the best pomace of the area, to obtain grappas with a unique and refined style.

Color: At sight it has an amber and luminous color.

Bouquet: The nose releases fruity aromas of blackberries, spices, floral notes of iris, with a subtle touch of jasmine.

Taste: On the palate there are hints of dried apricots, vanilla and toasted almonds.
