It starts with a careful manual selection of Moscato di Alessandria and Moscato Bianco grapes, harvested at advanced ripeness in the first week of September; once they arrive in the cellar, a soft pressing takes place with a short contact with the skins followed by the addition of wine distillate. The maturation continues until spring to favor natural clarification and preserve most of the sugars and aromas. The whole is completed by a two-month refinement in the bottle: this is how Ambar, the jewel of Florio, is born!

Bright gold color with soft topaz-colored reflections, it has an intense and harmonious aroma that blends the fruity notes of dried apricot with the floral notes of acacia and orange blossom, all surrounded by aromatic herbs among which sage and thyme stand out. Full and convincing sip, soft and very pleasant in the sweet returns of honey and in the long and typical persistence of sultanas.

Ideal with all dry pastries and to wash down a bowl of fresh fruit, it amazes with cream ice cream.
