Zibibbo is a wonderful grape that finds its ideal habitat in Sicily, in the Pantelleria area, where it was brought centuries ago by the Arabs. On this wonderful island, divided between the scorching caresses of the sun and the iodized sea breeze, the wonderful golden bunches lie on the rocks to dry for weeks, sometimes months, to concentrate the aromatic and sugary substances in the best possible way, which will give life to a product like Morsi di Luce, which already has its history in its name. If we then add that the hand is that of Florio, a winery with a centuries-old history, the true pillar of Italian enology, the game is done. After a partial fermentation, the must of the Zibibbo grapes is added with wine distillate, and then rests at least 10 months in small oak barrels and, finally, refined in the bottle for the time necessary to enhance the bouquet. Bites, but also sips, of a splendid land.

Rose gold color with coppery reflections, intense and luminous. On the nose it captures with sensations of dried apricot, orange honey, candied citrus peel and light iodized puffs. The taste is sweet, enveloping but not cloying, aided perfectly by the flavor that leaves a clean and balanced mouth.

Ideal with almond or peanut brittle or with candied citrus peel in dark chocolate.
