Suntory Holdings Limited (サ ン ト リ ー ホ ー ル デ ィ ン グ ス 株式会社 Santorī Hōrudingusu Kabushiki-Gaisha) is a Japanese company founded in 1899. It is one of the oldest alcoholic beverage manufacturing and distribution companies in Japan. Having become famous for its beer and whiskey, Suntory has over the years extended its production to other food products.

Suntory was the first company in Japan to believe in something other than Sake: it was 1923 when Shinjiro Torii built the Yamazaki, the first Japanese distillery dedicated to the production of Whiskey. Toki is a blended without definition of age that comes from the union of the best spirits from the three most important distilleries of Suntory: Yamazaki, traditional, Hakushu, harmonious and Chita, round and balanced. 'Time' in Japanese, Toki is also a term linked to a concept of energy and modernity, a blended without limits, generous and rich in traditions.

Bright straw yellow color with bright golden reflections, it has a delicate nose of broom and jasmine, then cereals and barley candy, with darker hints of fresh basil and mint leaves. Round tasting, not at all obvious, carried out with black pepper and ginger that give an extra touch by adding character and personality. Fruity turn at the end where the green apple emerges, together with honey and toasted shades.
