We are in County Carlow where, for centuries, great craft Whiskeys have been produced following an ancient manufacturing process linked to historical traditions; in this setting of wild and unspoiled nature, the Royal Oak Distillery produces its line, called The Busker, sought after by Irish Whiskey enthusiasts for its delicacy and charm of aromas. The Single Pot Still is made with at least 30% malted barley and 30% unmalted barley, distilled three times in copper pot stills and aged first in ex-Bourbon toasted oak barrels and then in barrels ex-fortified wine from Jerez. Rich, complex and refined, this Whiskey is perfect for lovers of soft and intense flavors.

Intense amber color with clear coppery nuances, the nose envelops with rich hints of toasted dried fruit, acacia honey and dried figs, then cloves, cinnamon and a slightly smoky tip reminiscent of salted caramel. Soft taste, persuasive, very tasty in spicy memories, it has a long and balanced persistence that invites other tastes.
