Produced from a selection of first choice corn, grown in the lands of County Carlow, the Single Grain The Busker represents one of the most didactic versions of the category, the result of a centuries-old tradition, that of the Royal Oak Distillery, active since the seventeenth century . Ground, cooked and fermented, the corn is distilled three times in the ancient copper pot stills of the distillery, in a continuous cycle and the resulting distillate matures in toasted oak barrels previously containing Bourbon and barrels used for aging. of Marsala wine from Cantine Florio. The result is a Whiskey that knows how to combine the strong character of the typology with the great softness of fortified wines, for an infinitely flowing taste.

Light and bright golden yellow color, the nose fascinates with sweet notes of vanilla, star anise and cinnamon combined with dried figs, dates and hazelnuts, with hints of caramel, black pepper and a touch of hay. Velvety taste, very pleasant thanks to the commendable balance between structure and softness, it has a dry, clean finish and very persistent in the flavors of toasted dried fruit and dehydrated fruit.
