Duvel is a special high fermentation Strong Ale, with a refined taste and rich in complex aromas that conceal a medium-high alcohol content. Its story is an ancient story, it is in fact a beer produced since 1924 by Brasserie Moortgat in compliance with the original recipe: that is, it comes from a careful selection and blend of the best French and Belgian malts, from Czech hops and from Scottish yeast strains. imported in 1918 by Albert Moortgat, son of the founder. The tremine "Duvel" in the Flemish dialect means "devil", in fact the intent was to create a seductive, elegant beer but also a little devilish, peppery, almost sinewy. The entire production process lasts 90 days, in which a specialized team of technicians verifies that all the parameters are in order, therefore maximum attention to detail. Philosophy of the company: To enjoy a Duvel to the best of its ability, you must always treat the beer with respect using the traditional method of purity. So only crystalline water, malt, hops and yeast for this perfect product, always and for every occasion.

The color is crystalline and transparent straw yellow, the foam is consistent and abundant. The nose immediately hints of bread crust and yeast, followed by notes of pear and citrus. Palate characterized by a fruity return and an alcoholic note, in contrast with the freshness, leading to a dry, dry and slightly bitter finish. The mouth remains clean and balanced.
