Color: Light straw yellow, with subtle nuances of green tones.

Nose: It opens with gentle notes of wildflowers and broom and almost immediately develops fresh scents reminiscent of mango, papaya, ripe banana and yellow-skinned melon; after a few moments subtle evocations of rosemary and laurel emerge.

Palate: Harmonious and composed, it fully demonstrates its agile and lively nature by exhibiting a very satisfying acid vein, which dialogues perfectly with the soft structure, giving it an enviable drinkability.
