ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES: Light yellow color with green reflections that anticipate its freshness. On the nose youthful citrus and floral notes, white acacia, broom, fresh herbs, balanced by lively Mediterranean notes, peach, pineapple and chamomile. Balanced and fine on the palate, thanks to a well-balanced acidity.

PAIRING: Excellent for a fresh aperitif and very versatile in the combinations of various appetizers, salads and first courses based on light or seafood sauces.
