Dolce Vita Dry Gin Capri Fusion stands out both on the nose and on the palate for the evident notes of citrus. The mix of these fruits in fact makes it fresh and enveloping, with slightly sweet features, while remaining dry and very drinkable.

The Dolce Vita gin and the Capri Fusion edition are produced by a Venetian family, but the inspiration comes from the landscapes, colors and scents of southern Italy. The love of the Targa family for the south of the peninsula was born in 1932 when the fourteen-year-old Emo Targa made a journey along the coast until he reached Acitrezza, in Sicily. In Naples he became friends with a girl from Capri who made him experience the beauty of the colors and scents of the Mediterranean. Back in Padua, he never stopped cradling his passion for the south and also passed it on to his children, for this reason when his son Dino learned the art of distillation he decided to dedicate his gin to his father and to the island of Capri.

Dolce Vita Dry Gin Capri Fusion is vacuum distilled in discontinuous stills. The botanicals are distilled separately according to their organoleptic characteristics: each group is placed in the special basket in the neck of the still. The hydroalcoholic solution, heated to a temperature of 50-60 degrees, evaporates and passes through the basket extracting the aromas of the ingredients. The low temperature allows for non-invasive extraction and the separation of the botanicals means that each group can be distilled with different times and temperatures for an optimal yield. The individual distillates are finally amalgamated according to the right proportions to obtain the desired result.
