The Gin of the Ocean

Also defined as Atlantic Galician Gin, Nordés is a brand new distillate born in Galicia and which contains all the typical aromas of this land: it is in fact obtained from the distillation of the typical wine of the area, Albarino, infused with typical Galician botanicals such as sage, mint, bay leaf, ginger and cardamom, just to name a few. The image depicted on the label is also very nice, a stylized globe where a red arrow indicates the area where Gin Nordés was born.

Totally colorless and crystalline, on the nose it envelops with mentated, fresh, almost glacial aromas, surrounded by incredible marine nuances that forge the entire aromatic profile. Soft taste, round but incisive, it is rich in citrus and vegetable memories, very persistent in the freshness that accompanies a long and balanced finish in which the lemon leaf emerges.
