Its color is not due to artificial dyes but occurs as a result of the final infusion with Italian gardenia flowers and bergamot oil.

London N.1 Gin is produced with a triple distillation process, following the traditional style, using the purest English water and the highest quality alcohol. In its creation, 12 different types of herbs and spices are used. It is distilled in small batches in the heart of London and its unique flavor is a result of the quality of the natural ingredients used and the distillation in Pot Stills, the only stills traditionally used for distillation in small quantities. After distillation it is left to rest for three weeks. The result is a real “modern classic”.
