The name Silverback in English means "silver back" and identifies the dominant male of the "mountain gorilla", which in adulthood assumes this color on the back. Mountain gorillas, even though they are the strongest gorilla species physically, are at the same time the most vulnerable due to poaching: only 880 remain in the world.

Silverback London Dry Gin participates in the fight against the extinction of this species by donating a Pound Sterling for each bottle sold to the association "The Gorilla Organization" with which they have saved many specimens of gorillas through the conservation of this species and the education of people, as it happened in the film "Gorilla In The Mist" of 1988.

The strength of the alpha males of the mountain gorillas and their kindness is represented in this Gin respectively by the alcohol content of 46 degrees and by the softness of the taste.

Silverback London Dry Gin is distilled one shot in a traditional pot still, in small batches with seven selected botanicals.

Silverback London Dry Gin has citrus and floral scents. On the palate it is complex: spicy, herbaceous with sweet notes of orange, honey and lemongrass. The scents of fresh juniper are well present and well balanced.
