G’Vine is a creation of the oenologist and master distiller Jean-Sébastien Robicquet, also producer of Ciroc Vodka, in collaboration with Diageo. His company, Maison Villevert, is located in the Cognac region and has always stood out for its high quality standards in the care of the vineyards and in the production of wine. For his gins he took inspiration from the vineyards that surrounded him, so, in 2002 he began his project, using grape flowers (Fleurs de Vigne) as a key ingredient of G'Vine Floraison, then he created the Nouaison version with berries in a state of fruit set, using grape brandy as a base. "Floraison", in fact, means "flowering", while "Nouaison" stands for "fruit set". G’Vine Nouaison is the alternative to be proposed to the "underground chic" universe, dedicated to bartenders for the preparation of classic cocktails.

G’Vine is produced from alcohol distilled from the fermentation of grapes, more precisely from the fermentation of Ugni Blanc (from the Trebbiano family). The botanicals are infused in grape brandy at 96.4 ° distilled four times, separated into five different groups: the first with the grapes in a state of fruit set; the other four are instead composed of the other thirteen botanicals divided according to their characteristics. All the botanicals remain in infusion for 2 to 5 days, after which the groups are distilled in small Pot Still. A blend of all the distillates is then made together with water and another neutral spirit of Ugni Blanc and everything is redistilled once again in a Florentine copper still used by the perfume production, nicknamed "Lily Fleur".

More spicy on the nose than Floraison, with notes of juniper and coriander. Even the G’Vine Nouaison taste is much more spicy. Juniper is predominant, with spicy notes of licorice and nutmeg. The distillate is soft and persistent, very complex and aromatic.
