Distilled in San Francisco, this London Dry uses more than twelve different botanicals. The predominant juniper flavor is fresh and clean on the tongue, with a mysterious spiciness you can't quite grasp. Elements of citrus, coriander and licorice aromas complement the traditional gin flavor. With 9.5% vol. more than your average gin and a decidedly smooth finish, Junipero Dry Gin is a classic you can rely on.

Junipero is perhaps the first handcrafted copper distilled gin in America after Prohibition. Second, Anchor and Junipero set the benchmark for "premium" gin prices. Third, they avoided cold filtering.

Finally, although Junipero's flavor profile is incredibly classic, the botanical blend has striven in some new directions. Cardamom is included, a decade and a half before most other distillers went wild on cardamom. Two types of orange are included, both sweet and bitter. And there is the beautiful spicy accord of grains of paradise and cubebs.

Junipero finishes on the palate with a moderate and lasting warmth - echoes of angelica, juniper and lemon zest.
