By combining the art of distillation with the patience of aging, an aged gin is obtained with an aromatic complexity that perfectly combines two distinct nuances: that of the aromatic distillate and that of the aged product.

The nose is very fine, with notes of juniper and the wood where aging took place. The flavor is smooth and oily, with light caramel notes and a woody and vanilla touch, complemented by smoky notes due to aging. The finish is dry, very aromatic and balsamic. The flavor is long lasting and releases the harmonious taste of wood, vanilla and toasted almonds. It can be enjoyed by adding coffee beans to the glass.

Starting with the classic Jodhpur, the Reserve version combines the experience of the distillers with the patience and care necessary for a good aging of spirits. The bottle recalls the original, but instead of the typical blue of Jodhpur houses we have a dark color with a vintage air.

The production follows the London Dry method. After the classic distillation with botanicals, further flavoring is given by aging the gin in American white oak barrels that previously contained Jerez brandy.
