Midsummer Solstice is Hendrick's Gin Limited Release: a floral and unusually distinctive expression. Lesley Gracie, creator of Hendrick's, was inspired by the unique and mysterious qualities that can be found in flowers. The new Release contains the same botanicals as Hendrick's Gin and, together with Rose and Cucumber, a floral combination has been added designed to accentuate the aromas of the original formula. Hendrick's Midsummer Solstice has limited availability until the end of 2019.

Midsummer Solstice gin was therefore created as part of the "Cabinet of Curiosities, the place for experimentation with botanical alchemy", in the Scottish Gin Palace. The style is that of Hendrick's that we all know well, but this gin is infused with floral essences and aromas that want to reproduce "the aromatic intensity of a midsummer day".

Transparent to the eye, the nose expresses clear and intense floral hints of orange blossom and iris that blend perfectly with the notes of rose petals, watermelon and juniper of the classic Gin Hendrick's. In the mouth it is light, fresh and appetizing, with a long and lively sip.

Master distiller Leslie Gracie said: "I have always been in love with the strength of the flavors and aromas of nature at the height of summer and for this new variant I have personally selected every single flower essence by hand to recreate this intensity. Midsummer Solstice is part of a long history of innovation and I am happy not only to create new variations of Gin Palace, but also to share them with the curious and explorers of gin from all over the world ".
