'Etsu' in Japanese means 'pleasure' and we really speak of pleasure when we are in the presence of this gin, one of the first Japanese spirits of this category, to arrive in Italy. Handcrafted in Hokkaido, following an ancient Asian recipe that involves the use of different Japanese botanicals including berries, tea leaves and typical citrus fruits, this gin features Yuzu, a small Japanese citrus fruit particularly fragrant and with a very persistent.

Colorless and crystalline, the nose has a floral scent of jasmine and hints of hibiscus, with vegetal nuances and a persistent citrus note in the background. Taste fresh, lively and full of character, well balanced and very rich in references reminiscent of Japanese tea and green pepper.
