Caorunn is a Scottish gin made from the infusion of five local and six traditional botanicals. Caorunn is traditionally served with a crisp, sparkling tonic and slices of red apple to highlight its flavor profile, however this gin is wonderfully versatile which means it is also perfect for any classic or contemporary cocktail.

Caorunn is the Gaelic name for rowan berries, one of the five Celtic botanists used to distinguish this incredibly harmonious and balanced gin. Using Scotland's unique resources, Caorunn gin is produced by the Balmenach Distillery which is located in the Scottish Highlands, in the heart of the Cairgorm National Park. Using the purest and most crystalline water and carefully selecting the best cereals and the most representative botanicals of the territory, distilled spirits are created in small batches, made exclusively following artisanal production processes.

The red asterisk represents the five botanists of the Scottish territory also indicated on the bottle cap: the rowan berry, the coul blush apple typical of the Highlands, heather, dandelion and myrtle. Caorunn uses pure wheat spirit, clear and clear Scottish water and all natural ingredients. The slow steam distillation technique allows botanists to be deeply incorporated into the distilled spirit.
