Bombay Sapphire's new gin, Bombay Bramble is a flavored distilled gin with the taste and aroma of blackberries and raspberries. Inspired by the Bramble cocktail, created by Dick Bradsell of Fred's Club in London, it is obtained by infusing the classic Bombay Sapphire with a maceration of fresh blackberries and raspberries, thus obtaining a 100% natural flavoring that allows the gin to fully absorb the flavor and aroma of the two fruits, which are perfectly balanced with the notes of juniper and give the intense red color.

Tasting Notes: At sight it gives a beautiful semi-transparent bright ruby ​​red, with intense purple reflections. The nose is fresh and fruity, characterized by hints reminiscent of juniper berries, raspberries and blackberries. The palate continues on the same wavelength as the nose, revealing itself to be clean, punctual and pleasant in the aftertaste.
A new version, obtained by infusing fresh raspberries and blackberries in the distillate: this is the starting point from which the Distilled Gin “Bramble”, produced by Bombay Sapphire, was born. A one-of-a-kind Gin, designed to go outside the box and to add a modern and energetic touch to the best cocktails.

Bombay Sapphire was born in 1987 and is owned by the Bacardi group. It owes its name to the Bombay Star, a 182-carat sapphire found in Sri Lanka. Traditional and at the same time innovative in its production processes that provide for a triple distillation for its gins through three copper stills "Carter Head": unlike the standard method, which involves the infusion of botanicals, Carter Head stills have botanicals positioned above the alcoholic tank, so that the vapors pass through the ingredients and capture their aroma. The label features an effigy of Queen Victoria, Empress of India.
