Created by an exceptional master distiller, Stig Bareksten, this gin aims to represent the spirit of Norway through its flavor and bottle, as black, wild and dramatic as the dark Nordic forests. In this climate only the strongest and most determined plants survive and therefore have particularly intense flavors and aromas and represent the heart of Bareksten Botanical Gin, distilled with organic botanicals and inspired by Nordic nature where only the wood nymphs live. Gin's success was immediately consolidated by winning the double gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirit Competition.

Bareksten Botanical Gin, created by the great master distiller Stig Bareksten, is a London Dry that embodies all the essence of Norwegian forests. In fact it wants to represent the spirit of Norway through its flavor and its bottle, black, wild and dramatic like the dark Nordic forests. In this climate only the strongest and most determined plants survive and therefore have particularly intense flavors and aromas. Produced with 12 organic botanicals, some of which come from the Nordic forests, it is a soft gin where juniper prevails, gently accompanied by hints of spices.

On the nose the notes of juniper and citrus are accompanied by floral and almost fruity scents, while on the palate the juniper clearly prevails, balanced by the notes of spices. Overall it is a soft gin and suitable for blending thanks to the earthy and warm scents balanced by a slight pleasant freshness.

Bareksten Botanical Gin is distilled with twelve botanicals - organic - with the London Dry method at the Oss Craft Distillery in Norway starting from a Norwegian potato alcohol.
