For the preparation we use: cardamom, coriander, French lavender, aniseed, sarsaparilla, juniper and two types of orange peel. Herbs and spices are subjected to the traditional and patient infusion process, which allows the extraction of aromas. At the end of this important preparatory phase, distillation takes place, which is carried out with particular attention. During the process, the first vapors of distillation and the final part are cut, preserving only the heart, the softer and more delicate part.
